Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure construction materials and services.
Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
Prepare and review procurement documentation and BOQs.
Monitor procurement budgets and control project costs.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Maintain procurement records and ensure contract compliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
7–10 years' experience in construction procurement or contract management.
Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
Experience with BOQs, cost estimation, and procurement documentation.
