Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage prospective clients for property sales.
* Promote real estate offerings through networking and marketing campaigns.
* Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
* Negotiate and close property sales efficiently.
* Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Prepare and present regular marketing and sales performance reports.
Required Qualifications
* Must reside within Lekki/Epe Axis.
* B.Sc, HND, or OND qualification.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar sales role.
* Strong networking, marketing, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
* Confident, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
