Cleaner (Janitor/Housekeeping & Facility Cleaner)

RP Nexus Centre is seeking a meticulous and energetic Cleaner to maintain exceptional cleanliness across its luxury event centre, restaurant, recording studio, and short-let apartments, ensuring a premium experience for all guests.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors, carpets, and walkways.
• Clean and polish glass surfaces, mirrors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Empty, sanitize, and manage waste bins across the facility.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms while ensuring they remain stocked and odor-free.
• Support pre-event setup and post-event cleanup activities.
• Assist with housekeeping during guest turnovers in short-let apartments.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with health and safety standards.
• Place safety signs during cleaning activities to prevent accidents.
• Report maintenance issues such as leaks, damaged fixtures, and faulty lighting promptly.

• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a cleaner, janitor, or housekeeper, preferably in a luxury hotel, restaurant, office complex, or similar environment.
• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent practical experience.
• High physical stamina and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Professional, courteous, and discreet attitude.
• Basic spoken and written English to understand cleaning instructions and safety labels.
