Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Record and review the company's daily sales transactions.
- Reconcile monthly sales records and bank statements.
- Review staff salary schedules before payment.
- Collaborate with HR on payroll and employee-related payments.
- Reconcile daily purchases and operating expenses.
- Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare VAT records for statutory filing.
- Maintain the company's cash book by recording all receipts and payments.
Required Qualifications
- ATS (Accounting Technician Scheme) Certificate or OND in Accounting or a related field.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic accounting tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial and inventory records.
