Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor utility equipment performance and efficiency.
Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
Troubleshoot boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and generators.
Support shutdown planning and energy efficiency initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Prepare maintenance reports and work orders.
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in utility operations or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and industrial utility systems.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ibeju-Lekki.
