Job Summary

The Champus Beverages & Wines Ltd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales, develop new business relationships, manage customer accounts, and support brand activations. This role combines sales execution with strategic input for market expansion.





Key Responsibilities


* Drive sales of wines, spirits, and soft drinks across assigned territories

* Identify, engage, and onboard new distributors, retail outlets, and hospitality partners

* Support planning and execution of brand activations and promotional events

* Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis

* Ensure consistent customer engagement and relationship management

* Provide timely sales reports and ensure target achievement

* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment


Required Qualifications

* Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

* 1–3 years of experience in sales, FMCG, or beverage distribution

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

* Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
