Internal Auditor

NEM Insurance is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to evaluate internal controls, assess risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The successful candidate will support the organization's governance and operational efficiency through effective audit processes.

• Conduct internal audits across business operations.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements.
• Assess operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Support risk management and governance initiatives.

• First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
• Knowledge of audit procedures, internal controls, risk management, regulations, and insurance operations.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• ICAN, CFA, or ACCA certification is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
