Sales & Operations Manager

A hospitality business in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to drive sales growth, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with operational and business development expertise.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Source and manage relationships with corporate clients.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management.
• Prepare operational and sales reports for management.
• Support business growth through process improvements and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in restaurant, hospitality, or sales operations.
• Strong leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems is an added advantage.
