Personnel Manager

Veepee Group is seeking an experienced Personnel Manager to lead its Human Resources function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will drive people strategy, ensure HR compliance, foster positive employee relations, and support the development of a high-performing workforce.

Lead and implement the organization's HR and people strategy.

Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Manage performance management processes and workforce development initiatives.

Promote workplace health, safety, and employee well-being.

Support organizational growth by building and maintaining a high-performing workforce.

Provide HR guidance to management and employees on people-related matters.

Minimum of 8 years' Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Relevant HR professional certification(s) are required.

Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, health and safety, performance management, and HR operations.

Must reside in Sango Ota or nearby areas.
