Customer Relationship Manager (Employee Background Checks)

Dynamique Associate Solutions is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to oversee employee background check projects, manage client relationships, coordinate project execution, and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation for projects.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using suitable tools and systems.
• Report project progress and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.

NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

3–10 years of relevant work experience.

Strong project coordination and client relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
