Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Install software updates, antivirus solutions, and security patches.
- Perform routine system backups and assist with data recovery when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, CCTV systems, IP telephony, and basic server administration is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Professional IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an added advantage.
