Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Document customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of customer service or customer support experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk is an advantage.
