Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and monitor personnel on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance.
- Deliver HSE training and promote safe working practices.
- Monitor worksite operations to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Promote the company's Safe Behaviour Programme.
- Advise management on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Support continuous improvement of offshore safety performance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Offshore Safety Officer.
- Minimum of 3 years' related offshore experience.
- Previous experience working on a similar vessel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- ISPON and/or IOSH certification is mandatory.
- Radio Active Officer Safety Training certification.
