Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head, Human Resources to lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support organizational growth and performance. The successful candidate will oversee talent management, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with best practices and employment regulations.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Formulate and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.

Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and career development initiatives.

Coordinate performance appraisals and leadership development programs.

Maintain HR records, organizational charts, and employee databases.

Conduct exit interviews and implement retention strategies.

Evaluate HR processes and recommend continuous improvements.

Participate in management meetings and provide strategic HR support.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or GPHRM.

Minimum of 10 years' relevant HR experience, including 5–6 years in senior management within the healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and current HR trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, multitasking, and time management skills.

High level of professionalism, adaptability, and ethical practice.
