Assist in managing and optimizing production processes to meet performance targets and quality standards
Support the Assistant Process Manager in conducting production trials and scaling up from laboratory to full production
Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely manufacturing of products that meet customer specifications
Analyze and improve chocolate process parameters and workflows
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production activities
Lead or support recipe transfer and new product industrialization projects
Participate in HACCP team activities to maintain quality and food safety standards
Contribute to rework management, traceability, and process documentation
Support pack code creation, new equipment testing, and product trials when required
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Process, or related Engineering field
Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in chocolate or food manufacturing is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects proactively
