• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and support departmental heads to achieve operational objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets while controlling operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff to build a high-performing team.
• Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for management review.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance business performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
