Loan Collection Call Centre Agent

Latoten is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Loan Collection Call Centre Agent to support its debt recovery operations. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with customers, negotiate repayment plans, maintain accurate collection records, and work closely with internal teams to improve loan recovery outcomes.

• Make follow-up calls to customers regarding outstanding loan repayments.
• Communicate professionally with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Negotiate suitable repayment plans and update customers on available payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and feedback.
• Support the implementation of debt recovery strategies and collection initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and repayment progress.
• Collaborate with the Accounts, Sales, and Legal teams to resolve collection matters.
• Update customer information and account status on the company's systems.

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while handling customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
