Bridge Technologies Ltd, a leading integrated systems provider in Ghana specializing in networking, security, audio-visual solutions, and IP telephony, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships to achieve overall sales goals.
Research and present company products and services to potential clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Prospect and qualify leads for products and services.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Stay informed on sales trends and emerging technologies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT sales or similar sales role.
Track record of exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational, time management, and CRM proficiency.
