HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources strategy and operations, oversee talent management, and partner with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and ensure compliance with HR best practices.

• Lead HR strategy and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Oversee performance management and compensation processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Partner with business owners, board members, and senior executives to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business growth.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service-driven organizations.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is required.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and labour laws.
• Proven ability to work with business owners, board members, and senior executives.
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
