Remote Lead AI Generative Designer

A partner company is seeking a Lead AI Generative Designer to lead the creation of high-quality AI-generated visual content and build scalable, automated production workflows using generative AI technologies.

• Own the quality and consistency of AI-generated visual content across production workflows.
• Create realistic and visually consistent images of models, personas, avatars and other subjects.
• Build and optimise scalable AI image-generation pipelines.
• Design and maintain ComfyUI workflows for repeatable image production.
• Use tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed and emerging AI technologies.
• Automate content creation through batch generation and processing workflows.
• Integrate APIs, n8n, scripts and AI-assisted coding to reduce manual processes.
• Increase production volume while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
• Define technical and creative standards for AI image-generation processes.
• Research and evaluate emerging generative AI models, tools and techniques.
• Run experiments to improve image quality, speed, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve production through workflow optimisation and automation.
• Establish best practices for AI-generated visual content.
• Communicate technical and creative recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end visual generation process and continuously improve its performance.

• Strong hands-on experience creating visual content with generative AI.
• Experience producing realistic images of people, models, avatars or AI personas at scale.
• Solid technical expertise with ComfyUI, Flux or comparable generative AI ecosystems.
• Experience building and optimising AI image-generation workflows.
• Experience with batch generation and automated content-processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with APIs, n8n, automation tools and basic scripting.
• Ability to use AI-assisted coding or “vibecoding” approaches for production solutions.
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of realism, composition, anatomy, lighting and visual consistency.
• Ability to identify and address AI-generated visual artifacts and quality issues.
• Strong understanding of commercially effective AI-generated imagery.
• Senior-level ownership and ability to work independently.
• Ability to design scalable systems rather than relying only on one-off creative solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, experimentation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies based on quality, speed, scalability and cost.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving generative AI environment.
• Ability to balance creative quality with technical scalability and operational efficiency.
