Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new properties for sales and rental management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and property owners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Manage property portfolios and support rental and sales activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Lekki and Lagos Island property market.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
