Key Responsibilities
- Deliver shipments within Lagos promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate outbound deliveries to other states through approved transport partners.
- Record all items sent and received accurately.
- Maintain regular communication with the Lagos operations team.
- Handle customer interactions professionally during pickups and deliveries.
- Report delays, issues, or discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the safe handling of all consignments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dispatch rider is an advantage.
