Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapies and spa treatments.
- Carry out body treatments, scrubs, facials, reflexology, and wellness therapies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment room standards.
- Recommend suitable treatments and wellness packages to clients.
- Support the overall wellness experience of clients.
Required Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and body therapies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work in a wellness or luxury environment.
- Spa therapy or massage therapy certification is an added advantage.
