Expectant Hotel & Lounge, a popular budget-friendly accommodation and vibrant nightlife destination in Ikeja, is seeking an experienced Lounge Manager. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day lounge operations, lead the hospitality team, optimize guest experiences, and drive the success of our signature "Taste of the Mainland" nightlife events.
Manage and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for the lounge and nightlife segments.
Supervise, train, and motivate lounge staff, including bartenders, mixologists, and servers, to maintain exceptional service standards.
Ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment for weekend getaways, business travelers, and night entertainment seekers.
Handle customer feedback, resolve operational challenges swiftly, and maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.
Monitor lounge inventory, manage stock levels, oversee sales records, and implement strategies to drive profitability.
Interested candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Proven leadership experience working as a Lounge Manager, Bar Manager, or in a similar supervisor role within a busy hotel, club, or nightlife environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
Ability to work flexibly, particularly during peak weekend and night shifts.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
