Expectant Hotel & Lounge, a popular budget-friendly accommodation and vibrant nightlife destination in Ikeja, is seeking an experienced Mixologist. The ideal candidate will craft high-quality beverages, deliver exceptional service to guests experiencing the "Taste of the Mainland" nightlife, and elevate the overall lounge experience.

Prepare, mix, and serve a wide range of innovative cocktails, mocktails, and classic drinks in line with standard recipes and presentation styles.

Interact with lounge guests, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on preferences.

Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and fully organized bar area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.

Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and minimize wastage of ingredients and beverages.

Collaborate with the lounge team to ensure a lively, welcoming, and high-energy environment for weekend getaways and travelers.

Must possess relevant qualifications in mixology, bartending, or hospitality management.

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender within a busy hotel, lounge, or high-volume nightlife establishment.

Deep knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse clientele.

Dynamic personality with the ability to work efficiently during fast-paced nightlife hours.
