Digital Content & Growth Manager

Krin A Ltd is seeking a hands-on Digital Content & Growth Manager to drive content creation and growth across multiple platforms. This role combines creativity, strategy, and analytics, focusing on converting engagement into measurable business results.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
• Develop YouTube growth strategies including SEO optimization, thumbnails, and retention improvement
• Set up, test, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to achieve target CPA and ROAS
• Build and optimize landing pages for lead generation using tools like Canva, Carrd, or WordPress
• Design on-brand graphics and marketing materials
• Track and analyze performance across content, ads, and campaigns
• Produce weekly reports with actionable insights on growth and performance

• Minimum of 2+ years managing social media/content for brands
• Proven track record of growing YouTube channels (with metrics)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing
• Strong Canva design skills
• Experience building landing pages and understanding conversion strategies
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, GA4)
• Excellent written English and strong content hook writing skills
• Email marketing experience (MailerLite/Mailchimp) – Nice-to-have
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro) – Nice-to-have
• Industry-specific experience – Nice-to-have
