Job Summary


Monument Distillers is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Key Accounts Ambassador to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and execute the company’s modern retail strategy. The role involves managing key accounts, achieving volume and value targets, and representing Monument Distillers’ premium portfolio with excellence.







Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned modern retail accounts.


Execute weekly call schedules to ensure full account coverage and consistent engagement.


Identify opportunities for pricing, promotions, and product mix optimization to drive category growth.


Ensure stock availability and order placement via MDN’s proprietary app.


Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail clients.


Negotiate pricing, promotions, and in-store visibility to maximize brand presence.


Onboard new retail accounts to expand market coverage.


Gather market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.


Coordinate with finance for timely receivables and manage overdue accounts.


Facilitate opening of new credit accounts in line with company policy.


Hire, train, and manage In-Store Representatives and Brand Ambassadors.


Ensure effective territory coverage and optimal deployment of resources.


Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure excellent service delivery.


Maximize utilization of brand assets to enhance awareness.


Support market activations and promotional initiatives.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.


Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, account management, or modern retail operations.


Proven track record in driving sales performance and market growth.


Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and implement actionable strategies.


Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.


Strong time management, planning, and customer relationship management skills.


Attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.


Highly mobile and adaptable.
