Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investment analysis and deal execution processes
- Manage portfolio performance across multiple asset classes
- Oversee valuation, financial modelling, and capital market activities
- Support investment strategy formulation and execution
- Drive capital allocation and investment decision-making
- Coordinate structuring of financial transactions and investments
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, corporate finance, or related fields
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring
- Proven experience in executing transactions and managing investment portfolios
- Strong capital markets knowledge and analytical capability
- Commercially driven with strong investment judgment
