Job Summary



CAIN Educational Foundation, a nonprofit empowering underprivileged African children through quality education and skills development, is seeking a Program Manager to lead, expand, and optimize its educational initiatives. The role involves strategic leadership, program oversight, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable impact across multiple countries.





Key Responsibilities


* Lead the execution of CAIN’s mission and strategic objectives, ensuring impactful outcomes.

* Design, implement, evaluate, and scale educational programs across African countries.

* Collect, manage, and analyze program data to guide decision-making.

* Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for transparency and efficiency.

* Build and maintain relationships with donors, NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners.

* Manage daily operations and supervise staff, volunteers, and project teams.

* Ensure compliance with local and international nonprofit regulations and standards.

* Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including grant proposals and donor engagement.

* Introduce innovative solutions to enhance program reach and effectiveness.


Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field.

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, or fundraising.

* Proven experience in designing and evaluating high-impact programs, preferably in education.

* Track record in raising funds through grants, corporate sponsorships, and donor relations.

* Expertise in nonprofit compliance and governance.

* Strong financial management experience, including multi-year budgets and donor reporting.

* Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team-building skills.

* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and public speaking abilities.

* Passion for education and social impact aligned with CAIN’s mission.
