Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up
Respond promptly to customer needs and complaints
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels, restaurants, lounges, or similar hospitality settings
