Mart Manager

A retail outlet is seeking an experienced Mart Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving profitability targets.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the mart
• Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets
• Supervise sales staff and monitor productivity
• Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure high standards of customer service and retention
• Oversee cash handling and daily sales reporting
• Minimize inventory loss and shrinkage
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store organization
• Prepare sales and operational performance reports

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail management
• Experience in supermarket or retail operations is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
• Good financial accountability and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
