Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Convert customer enquiries into sales and meet targets
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support repeat business and customer retention
- Ensure showroom displays are neat, attractive, and organized
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in retail, showroom, hospitality, or sales roles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident, professional, and well-presented
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Experience in furniture, home interiors, or retail sales is an advantage
- Must reside within or be able to commute to the Lekki–Epe corridor
