Licensed Aesthetician / Skincare Consultation Officer

A skincare-focused role seeking a trained aesthetician or skincare professional to handle client consultations, develop safe and effective skincare routines, and support customer skincare journeys. The role emphasizes clinical accuracy, skin health education, and responsible product recommendations, particularly for melanin-rich skin types.

• Review client skin concerns, consultation forms, and images
• Develop safe AM & PM skincare routines using approved products
• Identify sensitive or high-risk cases and escalate appropriately
• Educate clients on sunscreen use, patch testing, exfoliation, and active ingredients
• Document consultations accurately and maintain proper records
• Support customer experience and reduce incorrect product recommendations
• Improve client trust through professional skincare guidance
• Participate in practical consultation assessments during selection

• 1–3 years experience in skincare consultation, aesthetics, medspa, beauty clinic, or dermatology support
• Strong knowledge of acne, hyperpigmentation, barrier damage, exfoliation, retinoids, and skincare safety
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Organized, independent, and detail-oriented
• Calm, professional, and customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to make clinically sound skincare recommendations
