Senior Medical Sales Representative

A pharmaceutical/medical sales role based in Yaba, Lagos is seeking a Senior Medical Sales Representative to drive product demand, manage client relationships, and expand market coverage within assigned healthcare territories. The role requires strong sales performance, medical product knowledge, and ability to engage healthcare professionals.

• Meet and exceed territory sales targets within agreed timelines
• Promote products to healthcare professionals in hospitals, pharmacies, and medical facilities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Develop strategies to expand customer base within assigned territory
• Generate demand for products in both public and private health institutions
• Conduct presentations to healthcare professionals
• Maintain detailed sales and customer records
• Analyze sales data to improve performance
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Identify and establish new business opportunities
• Plan and execute strategies to increase engagement in the healthcare sector

• Degree in Biological Sciences or related field
• B.Pharm or Pharm.D is an added advantage
• 3–6 years experience as a Medical Sales Representative
• Must reside within Yaba and environs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong customer relationship and networking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
