Regenant is seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to join its expanding team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at driving company growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company reach.
Manage and grow client accounts while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and performance targets.
Present and communicate Regenant’s offerings effectively to clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality client solutions.
Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive environment.
Experience in property development or a related industry is an advantage.
