Surprise World NG, a leading luxury surprise and gift company in Nigeria, is seeking a vibrant and organized Shop Assistant to join its Lagos team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and delivering surprise packages, managing orders, and ensuring smooth execution of events and deliveries.
Assist in planning and delivering surprise and gift packages.
Provide clients with information on products, pricing, and available services.
Review and verify job orders and related documentation.
Sort, prioritize, and process delivery and pick-up requests.
Assist with execution of surprises, decorations, and gift setups.
Support in gift curation, packaging, and crafting.
Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
Keep accurate logs of orders, pickups, and deliveries.
Minimum of OND in any management-related course.
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or creative role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and learn quickly.
Experience in decoration or event planning is an added advantage.
Must be cheerful, energetic, and team-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must reside around Allen, Ikeja.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1 day off during the week)
