Inventory Officer

A hospitality business in Lagos is seeking an Inventory Officer to manage stock control, inventory records, and cost management across its restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with experience in inventory systems and strong analytical skills.

• Conduct regular store and kitchen stock audits
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Prepare inventory and cost-control reports
• Oversee restaurant inventory operations
• Track usage, wastage, and stock movement
• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions
• Support management with inventory analysis and reporting

• HND or B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in inventory management software
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of stock control, inventory management, and recipe costing
