Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and change management initiatives
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support performance management and employee development programs
- Collaborate with management to improve workforce effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related social science discipline
- Relevant professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
- At least 4 years post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong experience in HR generalist and change management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good working knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
