Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage SIP trunks and IVR systems
- Troubleshoot call routing and VoIP-related issues
- Manage DIDs, carriers, and communication integrations
- Optimize VoIP performance and system reliability
- Support PBX integrations and dial plan configurations
- Work with SMS and voice communication platforms
- Monitor and maintain VoIP infrastructure
- Collaborate with teams on system improvements and deployments
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SDP)
- Experience with VoIP networking and IVR configuration
- Knowledge of dial plans and call routing
- Linux administration skills
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Asterisk, FreePBX, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio/OpenSIPS, PortSIP, Twilio, or Telnyx
