The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation.
Respond promptly to client calls, emails, and messages.
Engage proactively with clients to understand their publishing needs.
Provide detailed information about publishing services and packages.
Persuade clients to close deals and generate new business opportunities.
Pursue former clients and cold leads to revive sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Utilize social media to promote services and engage with clients.
BSc or HND in a relevant field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Social media savvy.
Proven sales experience, preferably in publishing or a related industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Candidates must be from Iju, Ishaga, Akute, Berger, or willing to relocate.
