Junior Accountant II (Entry-Level)

Elyon Global Shipping Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant II to support its accounting and finance operations. The role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong foundational accounting knowledge, proficiency in financial tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shipping and logistics environment.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
• Support daily accounting operations and reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Maintain accurate records using accounting systems and Excel
• Support budgeting and basic financial analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures
• Collaborate with finance team members on assigned tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (minimum of 2:1)
• 0–3 years relevant experience in accounting or finance (not more than 3 years)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• ICAN, ACCA, or CFI student membership/certification is an added advantage (not mandatory)
