HSE Officer

PMN Farms is seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations across its farm operations. The role involves implementing safety systems, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong culture of occupational health and safety across multiple locations.

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs for staff
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and records
• Enforce compliance with company and regulatory safety policies
• Support continuous improvement of HSE systems and practices

• Degree or HND in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HSE management, safety compliance, or environmental management
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and enforce compliance standards
• Professional HSE certifications are an added advantage
• Skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, incident investigation, training, and regulatory compliance
