Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured graduate trainee rotations and training sessions
- Support engineering and operational activities across assigned departments
- Apply academic knowledge to real-world industrial processes
- Assist in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Polymer & Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
- Maximum of 1 year post-NYSC experience
- Strong academic background
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn in a structured industrial environment
