Production Manager

A bakery in Calabar is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, manage staff, and ensure consistent product quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in bakery or food manufacturing environments, with a solid understanding of food safety and production management.

• Oversee daily bakery production activities and supervise staff
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet demand
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to food safety standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate raw material requirements
• Minimize production waste and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company procedures
• Manage and support production team performance

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in a relevant field
• At least 3+ years of experience in bakery production, food manufacturing, or similar role
• Hands-on knowledge of baking and bread production
• Experience managing production teams in a bakery or food production environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of food safety and quality control practices
