This programme provides hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world exposure across key business tracks, preparing candidates for long-term career growth within the poultry and agricultural sector.

• Participate in structured training across assigned tracks (Finance, Procurement, Inventory)
• Support day-to-day operations within assigned departments
• Assist in business processes, reporting, and analysis
• Work closely with team leads and mentors on assigned projects
• Gain practical exposure to agribusiness operations and systems
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines)
• Strong interest in agribusiness and poultry farming
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
