Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to students
- Support students’ emotional and psychological well-being
- Develop and implement guidance and counseling programs
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development
- Monitor student progress and provide necessary interventions
- Promote a safe and supportive learning environment
- Utilize modern tools and techniques in counseling practices
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in a relevant field
- Professional qualification in Guidance and Counselling
- 5–10 years experience in an educational setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
- Creativity and technology proficiency
- Passion for student welfare and development
- Must reside within Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Obalende, Lekki, Orchid, Chevron, or Ajah axis
