Warehouse Officer

Arla Foods is hiring a Warehouse Officer to oversee inventory handling, stock control, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate storage management, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control
• Conduct routine stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions
• Support implementation of safety and quality standards within the warehouse
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Utilize ERP systems to track and manage inventory activities
• Ensure warehouse organization and compliance with operational procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and efficiency
