Job Summary


Fokes Property is seeking a motivated and well-organized Mid-Level Sales Manager to lead a sales team, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth across new and existing markets.





Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets


Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent


Mentor and guide employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives


Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts


Build and maintain strong client relationships


Ensure sales targets and revenue goals are met


Required Qualifications


Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development


Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


Strong understanding of client management, sales principles, and practices


Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts


Growth-oriented mindset with leadership and mentoring capabilities
