Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor and guide employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure sales targets and revenue goals are met
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
