Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries across social media and messaging platforms
- Support sales and order processing activities
- Manage customer engagement via WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Assist with e-commerce and retail customer support operations
- Provide product information and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Support onsite training and operational activities when required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, e-commerce, retail, or fashion
- Experience managing customers via social media platforms
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail is an advantage
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and basic productivity tools
- Ability to adapt to hybrid and onsite work arrangements
