Ren San & Co. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to develop and execute digital strategies, grow engaged online communities, and deliver high-quality content across multiple platforms.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
• Build and manage engaged online communities
• Create and publish content across social media platforms
• Write and edit high-quality captions and marketing copy
• Design creative content using Canva and similar tools
• Generate innovative ideas for campaigns and engagement
• Monitor performance and optimize digital campaigns
• Collaborate with teams to support brand growth

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience building and managing engaged communities
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
